Re-application
What is Re-Application?
Re-application is the process of submitting a new application after a refusal. It is often considered when:
The refusal cannot be addressed through reconsideration.
You have additional supporting documents or clarification that strengthens your case.
You wish to reapply for the same program with improvements based on the previous refusal.
Why Re-Application May Be Recommended
Sometimes, IRCC may not reconsider a refusal, or the concerns raised require new evidence or a fresh application.
