We are currently seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist supports marketing activities and is responsible for ensuring brand integrity across all digital platforms.

 

As an integral part of the WayMaker team, you will build diverse digital marketing strategies, create thoughtful content, and execute those initiatives across multiple channels.

Position:  Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Status: Part-time, Permanent

Location: Remote - Out of Country

Hours: Flexible hours

Salary: Wages may be based on the median wage of the applicant's country of residence. 

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute paid digital marketing strategies and initiatives, including SEM, paid social media, and search and display advertising campaigns.

  •  Work collaboratively with the team to implement and execute our digital marketing strategy.

  •  Assist with the management and maintenance of company websites.

  • Research third-party websites and social media channels, stay up to date with digital marketing trends.

  •  Write and maintain content for websites, email campaigns, newsletters, and more. 

  •  Create and monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.

  •  Analyze digital marketing results and provide insights and recommendations.

  •  Complete monthly reporting on a variety of metrics.

  • Marketing, communications, and administrative support as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:​

  • Post-secondary education in the field of marketing, communications, or a related discipline 

  • Technical aptitude for working in multiple software programs and systems.

  • Previous experience creating and developing websites using various platforms (WordPress and Wix).

  • ​A deep understanding of the data and analytics that successfully power growth from digital channels

  • You’re a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and insights and can identify storytelling opportunities that align with Warmaker's organizational goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, team-based environment with an ability to meet deadlines. 

  • You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and partners simultaneously and can adapt to changing environments.
