Job Details

Position: Open Talent – Various Roles

Job Status: Part-time / Freelance / Contract

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Calgary-based preferred)

Hours: Flexible

Compensation: Project-based / Performance incentives depending on role

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute your skills and expertise to projects across marketing, recruitment, operations, or other business areas.

• Collaborate with the WayMaker team to support student engagement, program promotion, and business development.

• Manage projects or tasks independently while maintaining clear communication with team leads.

• Provide creative input and innovative solutions to improve processes, campaigns, or initiatives.

• Support events, webinars, or campaigns as needed to enhance WayMaker’s reach and impact.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Relevant experience or skills in your area of expertise (marketing, recruitment, content creation, operations, etc.)

• Comfortable using digital tools, online platforms, and collaboration software.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

• Passion for supporting students and helping them achieve their educational goals is an asset.
