Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and generate leads across key markets.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.
Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, email newsletters, webinars, and educational materials.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Sales, and RCICs, to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to support decision-making and strategy refinement.
Manage brand presence and messaging across all client touchpoints to ensure consistency and trust.
Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships, events, and community engagement.
Supervise and support graphic design, copywriting, and other outsourced marketing tasks and team members as required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing management.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and lead generation.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with the Canadian immigration or international education sector is an asset.
Self-motivated team player with entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
